Finished my Desktop Pinball Controller for use with Pinball X:

It supports Manual Nudge with the top black/red buttons and Analog Nudge using the U-HID G (as seen in the middle of the box).

Depending on the loaded profile you can activate Manual Nudge or Analog Nudge or both.

Great work! Looks like a commercial product.

It is easy to build one. I ordered the U-HID G and leaf buttons from Ultimarc and bought the box from my local electronics shop. I printed the artwork on a large format Xerox at the office and a friend provided the plexiglass for the top. Using a dremel for the holes and a soldering iron for the cabling the whole project took about 4 hours.

The box is a TEKO box (http://www.teko.it/) used for electronic projects and comes with a thin metal plate. You can easily make all kind of controllers with this, like my Dual Arcade Stick:
