How to disable the built-in Arcade games?

How can I disable the "Arcade" selection under the list of emulators? I only want GameEx to show the emulators I have configured but it's showing this extra item which seems to be a bunch of free games that I really don't want.

In the Setup Wizard you'll find a screen called GameEx Arcade. On that screen you'll want to set the Enable GameEx Arcade setting to No.
