hansolo77 Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 That's a job I'd like to spend my weekends doing. If somebody knew of one they wanted to "donate", I wouldn't mind tinkering with building one too. Hardest thing right now is the money, everything costs. Quote
stigzler Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 Tidy job. What kinda board is that in yer first pic? Quote
Tom Speirs Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 Tidy job. What kinda board is that in yer first pic?Its an ultimarc JPAC. The machine is Jamma. Quote
stigzler Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 Ah... thanks. Jamma's one thing never looked into... 'nuff on with this misbehaving beast! Quote
Tom Speirs Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 Jamma cabs are a cheap way of doing of it. You can (or could) pick them up for a couple of hundred and you get a real CRT although not in good shape. The cab also has an Ultimarc ArcaeVGA card for the monitor. Quote
simbamame Posted August 25, 2013 Author Posted August 25, 2013 And its currently working sweet as a nut, just connected it to the home network and updated to the latest gameEx version. Quote
Adultery Posted August 25, 2013 Posted August 25, 2013 "Sweet as a nut" means something totally different here simba! Lol! Quote
simbamame Posted August 31, 2013 Author Posted August 31, 2013 Added a bar stool finishes it off. 1 Quote
