Talos 101 Theme
For 1920x1200 resolution.

OK - thanks to Draco's helpful post below - have drawn a line under it; packed it and sent it off. Dunno what happens now... anyways it's uploaded somewhere.

Basically, my first theme, so not perfect or totally complete, but up and working fine on my system.

Also, some matching stuff for GameExtender and GameInfo included in the zip.

Some screens:

Thanks to RageOn for the original skin.

The readme:

Talos 101 Readme (first readme I've written!)

A Theme for GameEx
Created by: Stigzler (GameEx noob)
Designed for screen resolution: 1920 x 1200
(not sure how well it scales)

With Thanks to:
RageOn - I used his original layout files and also his 'backplate' through the creating of this theme. Thanks RageOn - wouldn't have known where to start otherwise.
Also to the helpful GameEx members for getting me unstuck when errr... stuck.

For best Results:
Once installed, go to the Fonts Folder and install:
Comfotaa (all versions)
Globus
(These are used in Front end text)

Additional contents:

In Extra's Folder, find contained:
GameExtender - Just a matching default "no image" screen - can set GameExtender to this if ya fancy.
GameInfo - Matching themed GameInfo theme.
Templates: Original GIMP files - backplate for the logos + the page background if you wanna create yer own stuff.

Fonts:
Used several non-system fonts in creation. I've put most of them in the fonts folder - may have missed one or two.
Alien League - Used in the "System" box on the right hand side. Green writing detailing system names.
Lobster - Used in the neon writing for the logos (just under the circular plates).

Updates:
I'll invariably be making more logos and pages as time goes on and more gets added. I'll seek to do some kinda 'update pack' or something - although getting in a mess with different versions of this theme all over my PC already!

That's all folks. Hope it's of some use!
Enjoy.

It'll likely be updated in time with more logos + page designs. I'll probably zip these up and attach them as dated updates or something.

OK - hope this is of some use to someone. Tootle-pip. :)

Cheers - and another bleary red eyed night. Tell me my next build/setup isn't gonna take 6 months!

Vamos

Very nice! Can't wait to give it a go on my system. Everything custom and looking good! Very clean yet lively!

I can help with that -

First, give your theme a name (Mago 2013a perhaps?) and name the folder containing your theme the same.

Second, Right click on your theme and the left click "Send to" and select "Compressed Folder". Theme uploads support .zip only at this time.

The theme upload link is here.

Enter the email address associated with your GameEx account in the second field and click Submit to have an access code sent to your email address.

Obtain the code (good for 3 hrs) and go back to the theme upload link and enter it in the "Enter Access Code" field and your email address in the Email field and click Submit.

You will enter the appropriate data (Author Name, Theme Name, Resolution, etc.) You must have at least one static snap of the theme. Browse to it and click OK to add, then browse in the field for the theme to the compressed (.zip) file you created earlier. May take a while if you have lots of images.

Be sure to include in your .zip file any acknowledgements, etc. It is optional, however I like for users to create their own logos or background/foregrounds and try to include any .psd (Photoshop) or .xcf (GIMP) files with the necessary layers, etc. for them to do so.
