CoinFX 0.3.8b most recent updated version

Does anyone have or know where I can find the most recent version of CoinFX, which is version 0.3.8b. I saw it's existence at a thread on GameEX's forum: http://www.gameex.info/forums/topic/8362-coinfx-0351b-released/
But the links on that thread are not working.

I would recommend sending a PM or trying to find the OP for that thread as it is not a GameEx specific application or plugin.
