as with years can you sort future pinball from virtual pinball within frontend while running? if not can this be done?

I enter "(VP)" or "(FP)" at the end of each table description to distinguish between same tables, but a button to display them separately would be a nice addition.

The easiest way to do this at the moment is to go to /PinballX/Databases/Visual Pinball and /PinballX/Databases/Future Pinball and make an extra copy of your xml files. These will be treated as the "custom lists" the author has given us the ability to create. Just name the copies whatever you want it to display in PinballX.

For example, I have "Visual Pinball.xml" copied as "Visual Pinball Emulator.xml", residing in the same directory. PinballX will then display all your Visual Pinball tables if you select "Visual Pinball Emulator tables" from the menu. I did the same with "Future Pinball.xml", it is copied as "Future Pinball Emulator.xml". So each of my database directories has two xml files.

When you add tables just don't forget to make a new copy of the XML and rename appropriately so your "custom list" is updated.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy =)

It would be awfully cool if when you select a table you could then select its variations... fp, vp, night mode, ULTRA, maybe 2/4 player variations (I'd like to see "Surf Champ" under "Surfer" rather than 2 spots on the master list).

This mara32767 work around does indeed work! Thanks! Though such a simple thing should be able to have it done as an option in program. But WORKS GREAT! thanks so much!
