It may be possible to use a 3rd party multi-program launcher application. You would install it as one application and it would then launch multiple applications.

I think the hard limit in GameEx is more than 25 but that is the limit in the Setup Wizard. You could try manually editing gameex.ini and basically copy an existing application and up the number. It would require some knowledge of how ini files work.

Tom in Global.cs for the Setup Wizard there is a constant in there that can be changed:

public const int EXTERNALAPPS_COUNT = 25;
