Hi there!

Is there any option somewhere so I could instant play on the game being displayed on the screensaver?

Something like "if you press 1 player button you insert coin and start playing, if you press any other key you exit the screensaver"?

If there's an option like that, I can't find it... if there isn't, let me know to add it to suggestions :D

You answered your own question. If you want to play the game currently on the screensaver, just insert a coin!
