Need help setting up Future Pinball (and a sound issue)

Ok, sorry, my newb is showing... what exactly do I do with the bam ini?

And I rename FPLoader.exe to Future Pinball.exe but do I leave it in bam folder?

Renamed in bam folder opens fine except, if I right click a table and "open with," it opens fp but doesn't load the table as it does with regular association to 2.5 or original exe.

Hi Db,

Yep leave it in the BAM folder.

Can not really help the file association issue as BAM is not a full featured vesion of FP, when started it just loads FP then hooks into it - so cannot open .fpt files itself.

One thing to be aware of is if BAM is loading the originall FP or 2.5, if its loading original then rename the old one and then name 2.5 to Future Pinball.exe if you have not already.

Regarding the BAM.ini file put it in your C:\GameEx\CONFIG\EMULATORS folder and select it in the set up wizard.

But as they say a picture speaks a thousand words...

Copying your screenshots helped. Fyi, on the post that included the ini, you're missing one " after exe...

And I had to put ini in the emulators folder that is in config folder...

What a relief...

I'm being patient about sound weirdness then I'll add RESOLVED!!!
