SF4 Windows setup problem

hey guys ive just set up SF4 through gameex emulators in advanced config and it works ok but i want to bypass the SF4Launcher!............i went into properties on the shortcut and tried to change the target to -play but i keep getting this msg...........(The name "C:\Program Files\CAPCOM\STREETFIGHTERIV\SF4Launcher.exe"-play specified in the target box is not valid) WTF

Im obviously doing something wrong................any help would be greatly appreaciated

also im having problems on SF4 when run through gameex...................to skip animation in SF4 and get on with the gameplay is esc which conflicts with gameex because every time i try to skip animation with esc naturally gameex wants to esc out of the game. ......................This is probably a stupid question but im noob lol

.................anyone know how to fix this

Hi stavros - I took the liberty of splitting your request from this topic as it was labeled [RESOLVED] and was a bit old. As things can sometimes change since a topic was created and resolved, it is always best to post your own thread rather than bumping an old one. Also, if labeled [RESOLVED], we are less likely to pay attention to it (it is after all resolved, right? ).

thanks draco i tried that link to now avail but after a bit more searching i found it on an old post....................i needed to add a space before -play

...

..............problem solved...............however im still unsure about my other querry regarding the esc button to skip animation in SF4 which conflicts with gameex
