Sega saturn ubs controller

I have seen that sega has made a saturn controller with a usb plug for a pc. I was wandering if anyone has found one, and if you have does it have both a start & select button. I have heard that they made one that way but I cant find it -- Im tring to build a multi console I can plug in to my tv (mame, nes, snes, genesis) and if this controller had a select button it would be perfect
