PlayStation Setup

Does anyone know if it is possible to add an option when selecting Playstation (or any other CD based Emulator) to play an actual CD rather than an .ISO image. Perhaps at the top of the games list. I cant think of any way of doing this.

Anyone have any suggestions.

Also has anyone got a working config for P.C. Engine C.D. using Magicengine.

I am still not sure how to add a play C.D option to the game list. Do you have any suggestions.

Just a guess but I would try the "-cdrom <letter>" option. Just make sure you don't have the -loadbin option. Dunno, try a few things.

im Having problems setting up Playstation emulator it kinda works

just it loses focas and jumps back to gameex

my config is as follows im using psxeCutor the lnk file is a shortcut to my Profile i made the emulator itself works fine i know this isnt a good way of loading the emulator but by manualy loading the shortcut it loads the game from cd in full screen

i have finaly managed to get playstation to boot a cd!!!!

using ePSXe

i made a bat file containing

@echo off

echo end

-- this is simply to display something on the gameex menu

i set the rom dir to the folder with the bat file in and filtered *.bat

and used send key with 1000 delay time

and keys "%F{ENTER}" with no ""

this loads the menu and chooses boot from cd and then plays the game!!

does seem to take a while when you press esc/ to go back to gameex but oh well

on the command line this is so shows psx logo etc on boot dunt realy need it other option are in a post on this page and thanks to headkaze
