vsilvalopes Posted December 27, 2012 Share Posted December 27, 2012 KRC, if you are like me, than you will need a HUGE HDD.On my setup, I already jumped from 250 GB to 500 GB and now I'm on 1 TB.If you are using only a selection of ROMs, 500 GB is ok.But I always go with the fullset, so only for PlayStation I use 420 GB.The videos and snaps usually take up to 10 GB for each system. nullPointer Posted December 27, 2012 Share Posted December 27, 2012 If your system has an eSATA port I'd highly recomend running an external drive enclosure through the eSATA port. KRC Posted December 27, 2012 Author Share Posted December 27, 2012 Thanks for the replies guys I managed to pick up a Seagate GoFlex 4TB HDD for £110 ($177). My Missus gave in and let me go all the way (Thanks Babe) The reason why I needed one was I'm running out of space and wanted to go from snaps to full set video's.They did offer a Western Digital 1TB for half the price but I thought naaah lets get 4TB The "entire" contents of the EmuMovies download service files is just under 500GB and that includes stuff you probably wont need.I thought it would be more than that .
