Can't get Global Exit to work

I've tried using the GameEx Wizard and I can see the custominput.ini gets the changes, but no matter what I do when I press those buttons the emulator doesn't exit... any ideas?

I am not sure how to use the Advance Config Editor, do I need to load up a ini file first?

This is a brand new PC everything is clean installed, and I am solely using it as a Media Center with XBMC and GameEx and has nothing else installed.

well, I found the solution... the emulator had a different map than what I was using...

please disregard my previous question :)
