Game Ex Dissapears after mame game exit

Game Ex Ver5.72 Everything works fine until I select a game and It plays as it should then when I exit the game Game Ex Dissapears and I see the desktop with out the star menu. Game EX is still in the processes

Tips:

Try a different version of MAME. Make sure Start / Wait is not turned on.

I'm normally pretty good about helping folks with little information, but a reminder to everyone, I've spent hours making sure GameEx logs incredibly vital information to help troubleshoot problems. In other words please post your logs when asking for help or reporting bugs. It states your operating system, hardware, installed software and tons of stuff that really is there for a reason.
