Not really a guide for the theme editor but it's pretty simple after a short while using it, any questions you need answering dont hesitate to ask as there are many that will hold the information you need. Dont hold your questions back were here to help

Ok. Is there a possibility to add small description to each console in "Emulated Games" menu which would appear when you select it? In the description I want to write year of console, processor and other specifications.

I believe you can edit the text displayed to whatever you like in the Emulator Setup or Advanced Emulator Setup via Setup Wizard.

Try Start Page Name. You may also want to edit Title Text as well.

In Theme Editor , when editing Start Page there is an object called "description". How is it used? In themes that I installed it is not used anywhere.

It displays descriptions of games (plot,stories etc..) , not all themes use descriptions.

It can be enabled/disabled through the theme editor options.

When asking a new question it's best to open a new topic as it's easier to be recognized and won't clash with your original post.

Description is a pop-up descriptor of the Game you are highlighting from the list. This is not the same as what you were asking.
