Just as a disclaimer, I checked all the tutorials.

I noticed that when using the wizard setup for installing the emulators that it shows a C:/Emulators and especially for installing mame it has a default path with default folders for finding everything from the snaps, roms and exe.

My question is do I have to create these folders before installation or does the installation process create these folders? I already have all the roms and emulators downloaded and organized in another folder. Do I have to move everything to these folders? Just trying to figure out this process. Thanks for any help.

I have one more question. I just bought the full gameEX version and tried to load it and it says it can't because its not compatible (the net framework service pack 1) with my 32bit windows Vista. What do I do?

Likely you need to update or install the subsequent .net framework versions.

When reporting a possible GameEx bug or error, please ensure you submit a copy of your log.txt and gameex.ini file so we may quickly assist you. Please refer to this link for additional information.

It won't allow me to download the .net framework version I used the setup and the link you provide. There doesn't seem to be a 32 bit version. Is there an older version of GameEX that allows me to use it without that program.

The link takes you to instructions on how to provide the gameex.ini and log.txt files we may need to assist you. You will need to search Microsoft's sites for the .net framework versions to download and install. If .net shows as a requirement n the download page, then there is no other version that does not use it. Sorry.
