I don't have access to Ultimate, but do for the Prof and Express packages. All are 32-bit only. Does that matter? What is the difference?

About 10k! Lol!

Ultimate is really everything. Way more than I will ever need, but it lists for $13,000 so I'll take it! Gotta love school!

For me I really want to play with .net 4.5
