It enables a special kettle like effect on your PC, when it's enabled you will see the effect of steam rising from your monitor :)

Seriously though, if you have Steam installed on your PC it will allow GameEx to automatically find all your games and launch them without having to load the Steam interface.

yeah I've been harassing Tom into adding a couple of extra features to the Steam support like 'Launch Before and After'
