My wife would say I would be Fartman. Lasagna would supercharge me to Mach 6. I could knock out crowds of villains and their henchmen with one blow, er, uh, toot. My "kryptonite" would be almost any antacid/anti-gas medicine. And pickled beets.. I hate them!

My ability would be able to predict what was going to happen in the future, so nothing bad could happen to anyone or anything, I would also have the ability to change past events, and erase them from history, making the whole world live in harmony.

All the grief that any family, person or the like had would be evaporated.
