The Best Damn Sandwich

Nah, I would say meatball marinara from subway, if you can class it as a sandwich that is.

I actually do a mean grilled cheese baked in the oven set at about 400, flip after 10 minutes and let go for about another 5 minutes. Of course, the bread is slathered in butter (will sometimes do garlic butter) and I use lots of cheese - two slices of American with a slice of extra sharp cheddar in the middle. Really great after a bad day at work or tummy troubles hit.

Speaking of sandwiches, this is what I made for lunch today,

Mild cheddar cheese

Homemade Thousand island dressing

Cracked black pepper

All on a crusty baguette

There are two sandwiches that we have on the menu at work that are amazing. The first one is smoked salmon BLT with Dijon dill mustard sauce. We brine and smoke the salmon in house and it's pretty awesome. The second is grilled cheese. We use dill havarti and goat cheese, tomato, and fresh basil on ciabatta.
