Changing Start Page categories?

I was wondering if there was an easy way to change the start page categories? I would like it if the Mame categories on the start page the same way they are now but what I would like to change is to make the Laserdisc games and the pinball games selectable from the start page rather than having them under the emulated games category. Let me know if this is possible.

Somebody has to know the answer. If the answer is obvious and I didn't find it in the docs I apologize.

It's a highly requested feature which I plan on doing soon....
