A Decent Place To Get Borders/Frames For Use With Theme Editing

Anybody know of a decent place to get Borders/Frames, possibly vector?

The reason that I didn't say I had Photoshop before was because I didn't realise it was on the laptop which belongs to my fiancee and I don't really use it, but now there is an excuse to definitely use it

If you are using Gimp you can do it in there too. If you find a good PSD file, you can import it into Gimp to manipulate and save changes.

For my borders, I start with an overall idea and google image the key-words that apply. Just my $.02.

Yeah, For me Google is the way to go, But to get a really good image like a vector, it takes a lot of searching to get something specific, my current theme that im working only has a border for the game list and thats it, Everything is else is free standing, My theme is on hold until my icon set is fully complete.

I too have been looking for a border/style for photoshop. I really like this one, but the download link isn't available no more. Does anyone have it or have something similar?
