Tom Speirs Posted June 3, 2012 Share Posted June 3, 2012 GameEx 12.62 released.This release brings a new video engine capable of better running of HD content and supporting subtitles again.MP4 video files now play out of the box on windows 7.All available themes online can now be downloaded and installed within GameEx itself.GameEx will now automatically load any fonts used for a theme without them needed to be registered with Windows.This release contains various updates to better handle rendering of the display and improved theme handling.Various other fixes and improvements.Most of the video code is credited to Ben Baker. Who's help again is invaluable.The install package has been updated so it checks for installed components better and will not prompt to download or install again. Nice update Tom! Great use of PFC!!!Assuming you are indeed using PFC, it has to be a TTF font right? And where should I put it (assuming the Media folder)?
