Well, it's been awhile since i've built one and have forgotten some of what i had learned.... so bear with me.

My question is, there is a tut video here that shows how to download an emulator. Which turns out to be

mame32 everything points to it in the video. Although when i try to do the same thing.... mame32 isn't an

option. Only mame. So i'm wondering how much difference is there with mame and mame32? I just can't

remember.

MAME32 is now known as MAMEUI and has 32-bit and 64-bit versions depending upon your OS version (you can use the 32-bit version with Win 7 x64 successfully but why not take advantage of a 64-bit OS?). The video is obviously dated, but the process is every bit the same.

Did you configure your new MAMEUI64 install with the paths to your ROMS? Did you setup the paths in GameEX to the new executable?

And did you Update List for MAME? It takes a few minutes but it will show the roms you have per MAME within the filtered parameters set in the Setup Wizard.
