Emulator groups and background images?

Ok guys I have a group setup for my dreamcast games. I want a seperate one for my PAL games however my issue is I have setup 2 different backgrounds one for the blue swirl logo dreamcast and the other for the orange one. However when I select the PAL games it never displays the Blue swirls backgrounds it always displays the orange one. So for example emulator 1 has a background emulator 2 has a different background, but when you group emulator 1 and 2 it will only display background 1 for both emulators. can't we have it so when you select the game under emulator 2 to display the correct background for that emulator.

I don't think it is intended to work that way. An emulator group is setup to appear as one seamless interface as opposed to the individual emulator screens when not using an emulator group. 1 Interface = 1 background. You may want to make this a feature request to allow or an enable/disable option to display originating emulator's background.

Maybe so but I could of sworn in the past it worked that way at one time, but then again maybe not. This would be a very excellent feature to have thou expecially with the creation of themes..
