Tokio Scramble dont start

I have game ex full conifgurated with mamep, working ok, but now tokiob.zip (Tokio/Scramble Formation bootleg version) dont start , but all others games start without problem. I can see % advance to 25 and then go to black screen and back to gameex.

I show as of MAME 0.145 it is non-working (although it will load and play from MAME directly). Did it ever work for you?

yes, from older gameex runned without problem and running directly from mame work ok (mameplusui in my case) , but not from gameex.

Any idea or some log where i can see anything about the error ?
