Well, you can make your own, google about for some, some ROMS have sounds that can be extracted and converted. I have started using the Tivo sound files in some of my themes.

I hand rip all my sounds. Most emus have music file players and I then capture and edit right off the sound card. Nothing beats your own rips. :)
