Launchbefore not executing during Create Snaps

I am trying to create snaps for an emulator. There is a command in the launchbefore to mount the CD using Daemon Tools

The games do not start successfully during create snaps but launch correctly otherwise.

It looks like a command in Launchbefore setting for an emulator does not get executed during the create snaps feature.

Is this by design?
