GameEx 12.18 Bug

I'm having an issue with the 12.18 release. Every time I exit an emulator my theme gets removed. I check my current theme and it says my custom theme is the default one, but that is not what is showing up. I change it back to my custom theme and it works. I try running an emulator and then on exit it changes my theme again. I tried recreating my custom theme, but the same result. My theme is a version 4. This worked fine on pior versions. Here is the entry from the log "Error: GameEx could not load your theme. Switching to default theme.".

Please provide a copy of your log.,txt and gameex.ini files. You may zip them together and attach in your reply.

I have attached the files you requested. I also noticed that the issue only shows up once you select custom emulator layouts.

Gotta be a bug related to the recent fix. Can someone who uses a custom layout for emulators confirm this?
