People who don't know the difference between hard drive space and RAM. People who think their CD'Rom is a cup holder (yes, that actually happened to me on a call). People who call in because their computer won't work because the TV ain't turned on (they call the monitor a tv). People who call because they can't use their computer when the keyboard isn't plugged in. People who physically try to click START with their fingers on the screen.
