Drac brought it to my attention, and I thought I'd save him a step and report it. :)

GameEx displays picturesbak.png instead of librarybak.png when you go to view your library. Not sure how long it's been this way, could be ever since we got the extended backgrounds added. No biggie but figured it would be a simple fix.

Bumping thread - will provide screen images if needed but do not feel that it will prove anything other than provide a pretty picture! :) This occurs regardless of if custom menus are enabled or not.

Then that will change this from [bUG] to [RESOLVED]! Thanks, Tom! I corrected the filename and it works as it should!
