For the language translations used within GameEx any missing translations have now been added (computer generated). In addition the title text/font will now display the full ANSI character set. This fixes accents not displaying.

Usually new lines are added at the beginning of the file, but this time I didn't find anything new...

P.S.: I'm going to start the translation\correction of the Setup Wizard, too...

They were added to the end actually but the Italian translation did not need much work since you have been updating it.
