Edited your post and put your files in spoiler so wouldn't take up screen. ;)

Please try the following command-line:

VPinball_903.exe -play -"[ROMPATH]\[ROMFILE]"

Also is that the correct name of the executable? Because that's on older version and just wanna make sure you're trying to run the correct executable.

I rename my exe vpinball.exe so I don't have to 'f' with GameEx settings everytime I update visual pinball. Take my tip or leave it. ;)
