yes deadly, it is a lappy, i take it i have to go into bios to get the 64 meg dedicated? just tried to go into bios, not in there , can you direct me? cheers , karl

solved that problem, it was a bad installation of direct x9. thanks for the advice. now i have a problem with the speed which the emu runs at behind gameex. i have had to set options to direct draw in mame32 as it wont run fast enough in direct3d or GDI settings. speed is ok when running mame32 direct but very slow when running from gameex any ideas? thanks, karl
