This is the exact question I was going to post, because I've spent all day getting GameEx set up for the first time and this is pretty much the only niggle I have with it! One icon per system would be perfect for me, to distinguish from all the different versions of the same game, although the option to add custom icons per game would be cool too. I suppose I could just add (NES) or (GB) or whatever to the end of each game name but that's a bit messy.
