  8. WOW CPwizard homepage WOWOWOWOW Truly the top, compliments !!! The problem persist, indeed, sometimes cpwizard works but after a few minutes disappears, with ALT_TAB it returns. With mame 0.120 I have particular settings , when mame 0.122 come i will try to update it with default configuration and I will test cpwizard again
  9. Ciao Leo973, felicissimo di conoscerti Questo problema era successo anche a me dopo l'installazione di codecs nuovi, segui il consiglio di Headkaze altrimenti se hai ancora problemi fai come me, disinstalla tutti i pacchetti di codecs e reinstalla ffdshow consigliato da Tom Speirs http://www.gameex.net/LinkClick.aspx?filet...=85&mid=421 e magari i codecs CCCP ------ This problem happened to me after installing new codecs, try to follow the advice of Headkaze otherwise try uninstalling all packages of codecs and reinstalling ffdshow recommended by Tom Speirs and even the CCCP codecs
  10. Perhaps I have not explained well With mame32 or mame command line cpwizard works fine (without gameex) With gameex I have that problem
  11. I tried with 2 pc and the cab but there is always the problem but only with gameex. If I start only mame32 without gameex works fine I have no idea why this ... but it could be my mame 120 with all advamced options active and screen options size 640x480 (equal to the desktop) There is a situation that makes us think : I use superpunchout with two screens, boot cpwizard and work, but when I go back to the game, the game is minimized The problem of skin-layout remains, I must return to configuration and call my layout, otherwise the layout is always the gun , this does not happen by removing "mame keyword" options (gun and mayong) In addition to this annoyance I found other problems : - Many games do not show directions but only buttons. Example: I do not understand what is the difference between the roms 20PACGAL and PACMAN. In cpwizard 20PACGAL not show directions but only button. Do you also have this problem? - Enabling colors and restarting cpwizard, colors are no longer active - Cpwizard for emu Project64 does not work Request : - I leave the main menu of cpwizard with a button without having to scroll EXIT each time. This key could be "BACK KEY" or a way to break out of the mame - Joystick : The pagedown manuals/ebooks is beautifully with the right and left directions but why not do the same way to history and others? I got the same result configuring "INPUT" but it would be interesting to have by default
  12. Hi Nologic Thanks for the news. I have a question for you. I need a script that works only when gameex is active while when you start mame or other emu or player, script must be paused. When we go back to Gameex the script must work How? For example pressing TAB in gameex I felt a sound while in mame should have the function of mame and therefore not autoit
  13. When I choose a game with lightgun, cpwizard makes me see the skin LightgunBak.png (rightly) But when I go back in gameex and choose another game with no gun, cpwizard uses still LightgunBak.png await with happiness
  14. How to reduce the margin between the words of the menu ?
  15. MANY MANY THANKS Headkaze for your work, I am really happy with Cpwizard, I love it. That was my old configuration, with the joystick I like some buttons , if by chance I play with the keyboard they want more. However, I forgot to change with the new cpwizard Also, my setup was not joy2 because strangely did not work, now with some changes and the new cpwizard everything works fine. Works fine with MAME. I thought to re-edit my 1-mycab.ini for proper display cpwizard and it will run with all my PCs and joysticks, I added "OR" and the two types of directions JOYCODE "DEFAULT" : proper cpwizard display JOYCODE "AXIS" : to play 1_MyCab.zip Ex: TRACKNFIELD <System name = "trackfld"> <Counters> <Coins index = "0" number = "2" /> </ Counters> <Input> <Port type = "P1_BUTTON3" mask = "1" index = "10" defvalue = "1"> <Newseq type = "standard"> KEYCODE_SPACE OR JOYCODE_1_BUTTON3 OR JOYCODE_1_RIGHT OR JOYCODE_1_XAXIS_RIGHT_SWITCH </ Newseq> </ Port> <Port type = "P1_BUTTON2" mask = "2" index = "11" defvalue = "2"> <Newseq type = "standard"> KEYCODE_LALT OR JOYCODE_1_BUTTON2 OR JOYCODE_1_BUTTON7 </ Newseq> </ Port> <Port type = "P1_BUTTON1" mask = "4" index = "12" defvalue = "4"> <Newseq type = "standard"> KEYCODE_LCONTROL OR JOYCODE_1_BUTTON1 OR JOYCODE_1_LEFT OR JOYCODE_1_XAXIS_LEFT_SWITCH </ Newseq> </ Port> <Port type = "P2_BUTTON3" mask = "16" index = "14" defvalue = "16"> <Newseq type = "standard"> KEYCODE_Q OR JOYCODE_2_BUTTON3 OR JOYCODE_2_RIGHT OR JOYCODE_2_XAXIS_RIGHT_SWITCH </ Newseq> </ Port> <Port type = "P2_BUTTON2" mask = "32" index = "15" defvalue = "32"> <Newseq type = "standard"> KEYCODE_S OR JOYCODE_2_BUTTON2 OR JOYCODE_2_BUTTON7 </ Newseq> </ Port> <Port type = "P2_BUTTON1" mask = "64" index = "16" defvalue = "64"> <Newseq type = "standard"> KEYCODE_A OR JOYCODE_2_BUTTON1 OR JOYCODE_2_LEFT OR JOYCODE_2_XAXIS_LEFT_SWITCH </ Newseq> </ Port> </ Input> </ System> At the beginning I thought about this mode: Edit cpwizard layout (mycab.xml) adding the JOYCODE "AXIS": Mycab__CPWIZARD_LAYOUT_.zip ex : <Code Type="Key Code" Value="KEYCODE_DOWN" /> <Code Type="Joystick Code" Value="JOYCODE_1_DOWN" /> <Code Type="Joystick Code" Value="JOYCODE_1_YAXIS_DOWN_SWITCH" /> But for now, I still maintain the first mode (JOYCODE "DEFAULT") because I found the right solution with mame, see above. Headkaze not want to be a "break boxes" but few would request and suggestion to improve cpwizard : 1) Option mamepath should have history.dat, cheat.dat, etc.. For example I have history.dat in Italian and every installation cpwizard is overridden in the \ Cpwizard \ Data from your English 2) A music mp3 or ambience, similar to break a console-game 3) shift-pagedown or combo to speed reading manuals and/or for volume Unfortunately, I have to report a little annoying bugs: Sometimes (when I hit pause on mame) cpwizard remains below and see only the black screen. Similar to minimized. I must press ALT-TAB or Esc to view it correctly and continue to use it. This does not happen often, I would say 20% of calls.
  16. Ok, I understand now, thanks
  17. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW This is better : There is an option: hide cursor after idle time "x" seconds of inactivity MY "X" = 3 Also there is a HOTKEY for disable CursorXp "On the fly"
  18. It works but I have to disable cursorxp. I found how to do with cursorxp, we must create a cursor with all options disable = hide I gather nologic? But there is a command line for cursorxp? edit : FOUND *.CurXpTheme = autostart theme :):)
  19. My controller config : CTRLR_MyCab.zip My Mame.ini : mame.ini.zip Many thanks for your support
  20. hi nologic, for hide cursor with cursorxp there is a theme or a configuration ?
  21. thanks tom Now that the "Favorites" are also in other sections need to this important fix : "Removed, new version below"
  22. CPWizard not adjust for custom mappings in Mame. I have a personal controller.ini in the CTRLR folder of mame. It works fine with cpviewer and mame but not with cpwizard. Cpwizard maintains the default configuration. Example : some buttons for Mortal Kombat 3 are configured in different mode. I edit my controller.ini and I put it in mame CTRL folder <system name="mk3"> <input> <port type="P1_BUTTON5" mask="2" index="19" defvalue="2"> <newseq type="standard"> KEYCODE_Z OR JOYCODE_1_BUTTON6 </newseq> </port> <port type="P1_BUTTON6" mask="4" index="20" defvalue="4"> <newseq type="standard"> KEYCODE_X OR JOYCODE_1_BUTTON5 </newseq> </port> <port type="P2_BUTTON5" mask="32" index="23" defvalue="32"> <newseq type="standard"> JOYCODE_2_BUTTON6 </newseq> </port> <port type="P2_BUTTON6" mask="64" index="24" defvalue="64"> <newseq type="standard"> JOYCODE_2_BUTTON5 </newseq> </port> </input> </system> Mame now has this mk3 config default Cpviewer ok but Cpwizard remain mame default
  23. thanks
  24. ok thanks Tom
  25. For now I can only test my cab and then the joysticks (joyhack) And YEAAAAHHHHHH finally, the joypad work fine many many thanks Headkaze I have a problem remaining: With mame and cpviewer I use my "custom" controls.ini (some games adapted to my control panel). How to use it with cpwizard also ?
