  1. I might need a another command line.This is what I have now and game does not start.VPinball.exe -play -"[ROMFILE]" Please help if you can. Also when I try something namedcompiled autoIt v2.6 shows up whatever that is and keeps blinking winwait active player 1
  2. I am getting an arcade cab shipped to me with an arcade monitor.I am running mame uifx32 0.41.I was wondering if I should switch over to advance mame or stick with what I have working now. I hear the graphics look better on advance mame.Is there that much of a difference or is it not even worth the trouble of switching.If someone can explain the difference and recomend what I should do that would be great.Thanks.
  3. Got it to work.Thanks for telling me how to open the cfg file.
  4. I think I figured it out.I used a different command line.I thought it would launch the game straight from game ex but I guess it go to the nulldc exe and then you launch the game from the null dc exe.Thank you to everyone who tried to help out a novice here.
  5. I think it is my command line nullDC_100b1_6.exe[ROM] -ROMPATH=[ROMPATH] I am using a newer version of nulldc

  7. When I try to open my cfg file it tells me windows cant open file.Dopnt know what ini is but there is nothing in the nulldc folder that says ini.

  9. Dont know what ini is or where to find it.Im not a computer wiz here.Where do I put the cdi files for games? What folder.Command line is nullDC_Win32_Release-NoTrace.exe [ROM] -ROMPATH=[ROMPATH]. Working path is C:\Emulators\Mame32\nullDC Rom Path is C:\Roms\Sega Dreamcast\Roms
  10. when I click to play a dreamcast game on gamex it goes right back to the dreamcast game title I want to play.I put the cdi files in my roms folder.Is there somewhere else I should put it or do I need a different command line.Please help.Thank you.

HP Compaq DC5100 MT micro tower computer fast 3.2 GHz Intel Pentium 4 hyper-threading CPU fresh install of Windows XP Pro SP3 COA sticker & restore disks included 2 GB memory 120 GB hard drive CD-RW/DVD combo drive onboard audio and VGA video

I am getting an arcade cabinet in a couple of weeks.I have a HP DC5100 MT, 3.2 GHz HT CPU, 2 GB RAM, 120 GB HD with mameuifx 32 which I plan on putting in my arcade cabinet.Is there another version of mame I should get for my arcade cabinet with arcade monitor.Also please let me know if my computer is good enough for my arcade cabinet.I have been throwing some money at this and I want to do this right.Just joined the game ex website and I love it.Keep up the great work.
