Hi everyone! I got a small problem with the manual viewer... SInce I've re-installed my media center, in GameEx whenever I push ok on a manual, It doesn't work anymore. It just bring me back where I was. It looks like it 's trying to start but just come back to the same place. I installed Acrobat 8 after I had this problem, but it still doing the same thing after. Any idea on what the problem could be? Thank you, Yves

Hi everyone, I'm looking to buy an LCD/LED for my Windows Media Center XP version. I'm not sure which one is the best for me... I already bought this one ACS but it's not really working the way I want it to, I lost $125. What I would like to do (if it's possible), is to control my media center without turning on the TV. I don't really need to control GameEx with the LCD, since I always use GameEx with the TV on. Any advice will be appreciated, Yves

Happy new year everyone! Something is strange since the last version...I also change my video card as well, so I'm not sure where the problem is exactly But now everytime I check the cartridge or box image in full screen, it takes like 40 seconds to appear... it's slowly fading from black to the full image. But as a small image it's fine. The avi also plays fine. My new graphic card is an ATI Radeon X1800XT, so performance is not really an issue. Any idea on what my problem could be? If there's a disk in the drive, GameEx works fine. But if I start GameEx without a disk then it gives me an error. It complain about an invalid rom/path, which is normal because my epsxe rom path is set to that drive. I Want to know if it's possible to turn off this check at the start or not?

Hi everyone, I think my question is definitely more of a request than a problem. I'vu put all my PSX iso on DVD's to save (precious) hard drive space. I've set up in GameEX, ePSXe to get his iso (roms) on my DVD drive. As you all know by now if there's no disk in the drive when I start GameEX, I end up with an error I plan to do the same with 3DO as well. Is there a way to turn the check feature? If not, would it be possible to have it? A kind of verify directory (yes/no). Thank you, Yves

Hi, I was playing with MAME yesterday through GameEX and one game had side art with it. It has "Mame" written on one side and "GameEx" on the other side, both are written vertically. How do I get rid of those? Thank you, Yves

Hi everyone, I need your help again I've installed Visual pinball with couple of machines. Everything works fine in GameEx The problem I have is that the table doesn't get close. When I get out of gamexe the table is still open. Any idea on what I'm doing wrong? Thank you, Yves

Thanks all for your kind reply Some updates regarding my problems... After installing the ffdshow codec, the avi we're playing fine in GameEX! Thks!!! Should have thaught about it myself! Also, the sound still playing after I've quit from MAME, it's not doing it anymore. I don't know what happen...Maybe it's the lack of sleep As for the "roms in folder", it still doesn't work.. Any example I could check...? Thanks again

Hi everyone, I think GameEx is great, it fills lots of thing media center is missing. Thanks for making this great piece of software I have 3 questions about it. - My roms are split by folders (ex. hacks, Europe, USA, World, etc...), when I try to use the option "roms in folder" nothing shows up. Is there a way to keep all the roms by folder instead of having a giant folder with all the roms? - When I put the movies from emumovies in the snap/video folders, GameEx get minimized when I choose a game which has an avi for it. The avi is working fine in WMP. What am I doing wrong? - Last thing, whenever I play a mame games and quit back to GameEX, the sound from the mame games still continue to play in the background... If I choose another games from an emulator (ex. Fuzion) I have the sound from mame and Fuzion at the same time which is quite annoying I noticed whenever I close media center that GameEx has always a dos windows open. Thanks in advance for your help,
