  1. Hello, Thanks - manually updating all the emulators backgrounds worked, but was annoyingly time consuming. If there's anything in my .ini file that obviously stops me just selecting a new theme, i would be grateful to know But at least I have it working now. GameEx.zip
  2. Hello, I tried copying the images (and filenames) I generated when playing with the theme editor into a new copy of the original theme. They still aren't showing in the background when I select the emulators in GameEx. Am I correct to assume it should appear there? What is the filename format I should be following to make it work?
  3. Hello all, Just registered my copy of GameEx, but having trouble getting the themes working. I was stuffing around with 'Eye Candy', but noticed it wasn't changing the background when I went to the emulators section. I was expecting it to move the platform-specific background (eg: the Zelda in the N64 emulator). I opened it in theme editor and started manually re-adding the background images (which were mostly blank), saved it again. Now it is throwing fatal errors whenever I open gamex with my skin applied. The error is referring to "D:\GameEx\themes\Default - Media Center\MEDIA\StartBak.bmp" - which is strange since i think all my files were in \themes\EyeCandy2\ The file it refers to doesn't exist. I tried adding a file there and it just found a different reason to crash. I tried copying the V1theme to V2 files over Eye Candy before doing this - I thought this was the right thing to do, but thinking maybe I was wrong now - it is the only thing I can think of that might have confused the process. The theme still opens fine in theme editor. Other themes still work - any ideas how to fix it?
