    So, my old modded Xbox with XBMC and a ton of emulators is beginning to die, so I built a new HTPC. After some research I found my way to GameEx and was able to get a complete MAME 1.41 setup going without too many hiccups at all. Its awesome! Now I am turning my attention to the other systems. On the Xbox you had one or two real choices for most systems. On Windows, there are way more options. I recognized FCE Ultra because I ran a port of that on Xbox, but so far I'm having some issues getting it to run in full-screen on a 16:9 TV without stretching. Near as I can tell there is no way to make it display in 1080P but retain the original 4:3 aspect ratio. This lead me to the broader question of "Which ones are 'the best'?" What emulators are you guys running? Anyone else running a 16:9 and/or 1080 display?
