  1. Interesting that the jukebox hasnt changed any, oh well. How does the indexing work, does it only re-index if it sees additional files? This is a concern as new cd's are bought weekly if not daily - havnt got the ripper wokring yet but will play with that later and post a new topic if I still cant get it to work. Thanks
  2. Well, I fixed it Installed an older version, worked fine, did the live update - back to the error again. Manually downloaded latest version - worked ok - Apart from being SLOW took about 15 mins to index 3000 songs, on subsequent launches it takes about 2 mins, I tried it on my pc here which is much higher spec, took over 30 mins to index 15000 songs, I really could use V 6.28 if anyone has it (wonder why all revisions arnt on the site so people can revert if need be) Regards
  3. Hi all, just fired up jukebox project for first time in a while, working fine on V 6.28. Did an update now wont start up, gives the following error: GameEx.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Services Process id=0x478(1144), thread id=0x4a0(1184) click ok to terminate or cancel to debug. Looks just like the error you get when .net framework isnt installed but it obviously is otherwise it wouldnt have worked in the first place! Any help welcome. Thanks Actually, if anyone can let me have (or a link to) V 6.28 that would be cool. Thanks
  4. hmm, odd, it did an auto update. I just used the configuration editor and browsed for the autohotkey exe, doesnt matter though I wrote a small vb app to shell hotkey and gameex then shelled that also so it kicks right in on boot. I will however download 6.28 and try your suggestion and post the results incase anyone else comes accross this issue CALV

  7. Hi, I tried that and got an error saying : process id=-xfe8(4072),Threadid=0xf84(3972) Thanks
  8. ok fixed that also, used autohotkey to do a click in the controls - not a problem with no mouse cursor as it is invisible. Last question (for today!!) How do I get autohotkey to launch with gamex? I used the autosheller thing which works fine but now I have no hotkeys? Thanks
  9. ok, sorted volume, just used autohotkey to remap, easy because I just used windows volume control, but how do I do the play/pause/stop? Thanks
  10. Hi all, I have searched high and low but I'm unable to find the answer. My jukebox is 99% finished, but I cant figure out how to remap the volume, stopmplay, pause keys. I'm using an ipac. I have tried changing the custominput.ini file to read volumeup = 39 as a test to try and make the emicolon increase volume but that doesnt work. I enabled custom controls in the configuration section. What I also found whas that when I did enable custom key controls, my "enter key" doesnt work, this is mapped to 1P start on the ipac - works fine when custom keys arnt enabled. Can anyone please offer any asistance? Thanks CALV
