  1. @Shermo - So after some testing, I got limelight working on my android JXD s7800b gaming tablet with direct input (non-xinput) emulators as well. I had to use the vjoy and mcshieldlauncher solutions mentioned earlier in the geforce forums. I'll probably have to set separate profiles/copies of emulators and gameex on my host machine to use it under streaming mode, but it works. (One caveat..vjoy needed to be an older versions shown on the screenshots in the forum..newer one didn't register xinput for some reason). @Tom, FWIW I find the Nvidia gamestreaming (and limelight) video higher quality than splashtop. Users on Nvidia's forum say limlelight works better than nvidia's own client software (when not using a game router that is recommended). I haven't seen Nvidia complain about it either...I doubt they care since limelight helps them sell more hardware. https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/789403/nvidia-game-stream-or-limelight-which-do-you-prefer-/ --and--
  2. From some research, it appears that the NVIDIA streaming app on the host PC has it's own proprietary Xinput stack that simulates Xinput and works ok on Xinput games. It seems to me, that it doesn't support directinput. That is, Microsoft's regular 360 drivers windows will work and have secondary support for directinput mode for those games that don't support Xnput. Since most emulators don't support xinput (only direct), they won't work with nvidia's stack. I'd guess Dolphin and PCSX2 for example a support xinput, so it would work on them ok. [update] found a possible solution: https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/622876/shield-portable/-guide-use-shield-w-non-xinput-enabled-games-and-applications-xpadder-pinnacle-game-profiler-etc-/8/
  3. This guy got the official shield working with Hyperspin: I have same problem..can navigate gameex no problem, but emulators don't respond to limelight input. Tried on my JXD S7800B tablet and also tried steam streaming on my laptop. Same problem
