    Hey Tempest and Tom. I'm an idiot. Long story short... Quite awhile ago I changed emulators for NES and SNES. When I setup up the 360 controlers I set them up for the wrong emulators. After I realized that, I undid whatever settings I changed when I was trying to get them to work. Everythings working as it should. I appreciate your help and I am sorry I wasted your time.

    Where is that located. When I go into C: GameEx\Congfig\EMULATORS there are only 4 emulator ini's listed.

    I setup all my emulators for the wireless xbox 360 controller today. Everything went smooth until I tried to play them after launching them through GameEx. Buttons 7 (select) and 8 (start) will not work. If I launch the emulator outside of GameEx they work fine. Launching PC games through GameEx works correctly also. Sorry GameEx.ini is too large to post. GameEx.ini log.txt

    I deleted the cache files and did an update with the history dat again. still the same problem. one odd thing that noticed, is that with the history dat included while writing the games list it gets to about 10xxx games then resets the count and counts up to 29xx and goes to the next job, then when checking the game list it ends at CarnEvil. Without the history dat it counts to 10xxx and goes on to the next job and all the games are there. log.txt GameEx.ini

    I removed the history dat from the settings. Everything is back to normal except that I still don't have any Neo Geo in the list still. I checked the mameinfo.dat and there isn't any neo geo listed under manufactures' everything is under SNK or SNK Playmore.

    Just updated to Mame 151 still have the same problem. I was hoping that updating would resolve whatever problems, but no go.

    Just tried your files. Thank you. Unfortunately I still have the same problem. No games after CarnEvil and nothing in the Neo Geo list.

    Adultery: I verified all chds last night and they are all OK. I also tried mame32 build and mameui 32. Still the same problem.

    Everything is fine with Clrmamepro. I replaced all the original support files in GameEx with the files posted here by DazzleHp. I've re-downloaded and installed GameEx several times... If it is corruption why would the others have the same problem ? Just curious.

    It happens to me whether I use my files his files with or without the history dat.

    I've reinstalled it a few times. If you don't mind I'd take the default files from you just to be sure that they are overwritten. If that doesn't work I'll have to put it on hold a week or so as I'm leaving for Nevada and Arizona tomorrow. Again, thank you and everyone else who have been helping me.

    OK, I overwrote those file when I copied them over. Should I reinstall GameEx ?

    I copied all the files to the default directory and changed the settings to point to the default directory. I then did another rescan. Nothing was effected and Neo Geo still not listing.

    Yes, I am rebuilding my list everytime. I appreciate the help, however it comes out.

    I have everything working with mame64 and the history.dat with the line break removed in the CarnEvil description. The exception is still nothing listed in the Neo Geo list.

    I just tried mame64. Same thing no Neo Geo list and it doesn't list past CarnEvil unless I remove the history.dat.
