  1. [RESOLVED] thanks for the help tthurman. i figured it out. i was using an older version of openbor that only allow 1 game in the pak folder at a time. the new versions (v.3 6390) allow you to put all of your games in the pak folder and opens a game options menu when you run the emulator. it works like a charm now. i recommend if anyone has this issue get the open bor 6390 version.
  2. thanks for the help. i had to change the default .exe command line to the .exe i am using by manually entering. usually the option gameEX arcade offers for the .exe has always worked until snes emulator. everythings all good.
  3. does anyone know how to setup openbor for gameex arcade. they have it as an emulator option so it has to work i assumed but i can't figure it out. since you can only put one game file in the pak folder at a time to play i need some help. i'd greatly appreciate any tips anyone has. thanks. mame-addict.
worked like a charm. half of my videos weren't playing for whatever reason so i installed this and now everything works perfectly. thank you sir.
  4. holy ish. legit 2 hours to finally get daphne working. main thing is i had daphneloader.exe instead of daphne.exe and the options 1 command line was the worst. you have to figure out how your daphne emulator properly runs each game. you can get this by opening the loader, pick a game, configure, advanced, enable command line, apply, ok. then start that game and a pop up box will appear and tell you exactly how daphne runs each game. for me the options 1 box goes...-framfile "c:\desktop\daphne\vldp_dl\lair\lair.txt"... " "vldp\ace\ace.txt".
  5. anyone have same problem as me? i've tried every emulator gameEX offers to use and none of them work. i have 6 working emulators so far and now on my 7th, snes, it looks good, the input paths are correct but it just won't load the games. anyone have any idea? thanks, mame-addict
  6. I always used coinops pre configured FE's for my retro gaming. they are so unbelievably awesome and everything is included just extract and play. those guys over at coinops are geniuses. i was bored this past weekend so i decided to create my own FE and discovered gameEX. it's so easy to setup and w/ my emumovies acct. they automatically download all the art for every system. it's so cool. the only thing i needed was to download avi video snaps. 12 hrs later i have one deadly build. just letting anyone know that's looking for an easy and awesome front end that gameEX is the way to go. thank you guys at gameEX for creating such a killer FE. much respect. mame-addict
