You could dl mame32 and browse the list of adult games.

I think it was suggested that you upgrade to net framework 2.0. I see you are using 1.1. It also appears that your log file is exiting at a direct x error. I see you are using 9.0. But what ver.? Make sure you have the latest DX. I think its ver C. Plus you are using a PCI card I think. I'm not sure how that impacts things with gameex.

Is rotate display on in the gameex setup wizard? Under display options?

What ver. of Direct X you using? Might need an update.

I'm going to assume you have onboard audio/video? Check to make sure your computer is set to use AGP first in the bios. Make sure you have the latest mobo. drivers installed on your system.

You could buy a guncon gun for ps2. then use a hacked driver for pc support.

It's a beta version from OCT. 10. N64 games are actually very playable now.

It's 100 times better for me. I'm not sure if it's the new video plugin that came with it or the core.

Ok I just tried with the simple wrapper and it works fine. I'm going to have to assume its with how your initial winkawaks is setup. I'm going to see if anything jumps out on me.

Ok I just looked at the simple wrapper config. I noticed it puts a filter of *.ini for roms. When you use the kill_winkawaks wrapper did you make sure to delete this?

Is your command line like this? "winkawaks" [rom] -fullscreen With the quotes?
