  1. thanx for the reply. i have to say that i really appreciate this 'trust only' policy. i am so much more inclined to donate to a software developer when it respects its user. paying for this software is a positive experience, and doesn't at all feel like i'm being swindled or punished, as i have felt before when purchasing software only to discover that it had been laced with intrusive drm software. well done gameEx team. you deserve my money.
  2. just discovered this this frontend two days ago and have fallen in love with it. when i donate the $25 to update to the 'registered' version, will that version work on two computers at once? i'd love to have it running on both my laptop and my home pc would an additional $25 required for such a setup?
  3. is there a way to let the 'back' key work as intended, while simply disabling the escape key? also, i'm not exactly sure what you mean by 'rebuilt your list found at the bottom of the mame menu in gameex". is that somewhere during the setup wizard? or through teh frontend itself. how exactly can i obtain one of these log files? oh..and if i didn't mention it already, thanx for the help.
  4. first of all, i absolutely love that such a program exists. question 1) is there a way to disable the feature where the escape key immediately exits out of the emulator and back to the frontend? i'd love to rebind this feature to perhaps the q key or something, but sometimes i want to use the emulator's own escape feature. it's a bit frustrating being booted out of the emulator completely when i simply want to tweak some settings. question 2) all of the mame roms in my library are registering as the name of the .zip file as opposed to the name of the game itself. for example, street fighter alpha shows up as sfa. i'd prefer to have the name displayed, but the only way to do this it seems is to rename the .zip file, which breaks mame's ability to open the file completely. question 3) no matter what i do, no games show up under my sega cd [fusion] folder. i've tried using .zip, .rar, and folders, but no dice. do i need to just dump the entire contents of each folder into one messy huge folder? these games require not only the .iso file, but also the .mp3 files associated with them. thanks for the great program whoeveryouare. i just need some help.
