I am still trying to figure this out......it seems like gameex will not exit out of mame, anyone have any ideas?

Can anybody help me? I am having a problem when I try to return to GameEx after playing a Mame game. It just sits there with a blank screen. If I alt+tad I can see that the game is still running and that the Hide OS is running. Right now I have to kill GameEx to get out of the game. ANY HELP OUT THERE?!?

Has anyone ran into a problem with the Jukebox Next and Previous Song function? You are suposed to use keyboard "a" and "s" (player two button 1 and 2) but the only thing that happens is the playlist jumps to a or s. Has anyone else had this happen to them? BM

I am in the process of setting up an arcade cadinet that will be running GameEx. I am currently using WinXP Pro for an OS. Ever since I loaded GameEx and .NET framework, I have to login to windows. I would like to be able to start the PC and have it startup GameEx right away. How can I avoid the login screen? Has anyone else experienced this? Anyone have a solution?

Didn't think about looking at that. I figured out what was wrong, simple mislabled directory caused GaneEx not to find mame. Everything is up and running. Thanks for your help Tom. P.S. This is the BEST frontend out there!

I just downloaded GameEx 4.01. Now when I start, the Menu doesn't have mame on it. It shows my SNES an Pinmame but not Mame. I have looked at the config file to make sure everything is correct and it seems to be. Does anybody have any ideas?

This probably isn't the correct forum to ask this question, but a lot of you are using GameEx for Mame. Does anybody have any experience with playing CHD's in mame? Almost every CHD I try to play is choppy and makes it impossible to play. I don't think that it is my machine, b/c I am running a 2.4GHz P4 w/ 1Gb of RAM, and a 64Mb video card. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
