Could you describe how the feature you are talking about works and how to turn it on? I do know about the search feature but it doesn't appear in GameEx lite though.

I think I am confusing this with either mame by itself or mame32. I am assuming that GameEx never had this feature. The forum admin is welcome to delete this thread.

I have installed Game Ex a couple of times, looked through all of the settings and I can't figure this one out. I tried to search the forum, but just couldn't find the answer to this one. I (after a previous install) used to be able to start typing a name in the rom sections and it would immediately start listing any roms that matched the string that I typed. I don't know what I did differently but I just cant figure how to get that back. The only setting that I could find is the "Alpha Paging" but this only does the first character, so if I was looking for Ms pacman I could just type "Ms" and get a list of all of the games starting with "Ms" Can someone help me before I pull all of my hair out? Thanks
