I've updated the original post to link to the original thread, thank you for pointing that out. Regarding the config files, they do not apply to this problem (it's a Steam issue), it will impact the usability of PinballX in the end, but it is not a PinballX problem. Cheers,

Alright, that works! Thanks... Unfortunately the software I'm using to remap my controller (JoyToKey) was relying on the executable name to select the right profile. Guess I'm trading one problem for another Oh well, that's life. Thank you very much for your help.

Hi, I've come here following my investigations on Steam always asking if I "Allow game Launch" everytime I try to launch a Pinball FX3 table directly from the command prompt. There was THIS thread about it in 2017, but it was closed because Steam had supposedly fixed the problem, but I am in 2020 (using Steam build from 27 Apr 2020) and I'm having the same problem. Is anyone else facing the same? Any solutions? Cheers,
